Things to know before joining with us!
A. CONSENT & COMMITMENT
By submitting any of our order forms, you are thereby consenting to commit to that order, and are obligated to make timely payments or else forfeit your order. You will not be refunded if you change your mind, other than in special circumstances.
B. LOST & DAMAGED ORDERS
By submitting our forms, you acknowledge that once they've left our possession, lost/damaged orders are not our responsibility and no refunds will be given. Though we will try our best to package it very securely, please understand that this may be beyond our control.
C. ORDERS THAT CAN NO LONGER BE FULFILLED
Occasionally, something happens on the artist/fansite side that makes an order impossible to fulfill (limited but not included to unresponsive fansites, for example). By submitting the form, you are also acknowledging this possibility. We will try our best to return the funds to you, but there is also a risk that we may not be able to.
D. INFORMATION COLLECTION
The information you provide to us will not be shared outside of our team; your information will ONLY be used to help complete your order.
E. INTERNAL BLACKLIST
This will be treated on a case-by-case basis; if you experienced something beyond your control but maintained communication with us, you will not be blacklisted. Other cases with no communication/insufficient explanation will merit blacklisting. To be clear, these are issues beyond changing your mind, etc.
A. AGE REQUIREMENT
Please ensure that you are above 18 before joining an order, or have parental permission if you are not.
B. TIMELY PAYMENTS & UPDATES
We will send EMS and DOMESTIC payment requests through email, and you will have the specified time in email to provide payment. If you do not receive an email after a Twitter update for your order, you are responsible for contacting us. We are not responsible for missed payments.
